One module per week or not?

I print off all the weeks, this way I have them with me, and if i'm away, I can take them and read them.

JohnnyO, In your Session Diary, the last blue tab is marked PROGRAM REFERENCE GUIDE. Click on it and select the session you wish to re-read. Danielle, Bilingual Health Educator

I'll probably find it shortly after I post this, but how does one back up? Session six suggested rereading session 4&5 if I haven't really tackled any structured exposure work. Is there a way to back up? Or do we just read the reference text documents?

Hi Kittcat, Yes, you have the right idea, the key to success and progress with this program is to work at your own pace and make each exercise as meaningful to you as possible. That is not to say wait til you are totally comfortable, but at least until you notice some improvement/progress with how you are feeling. It is the small successes that will give you the skills and confidence to continue to proceed on through each of the steps. Keep us posted, Casey ______________________________ The PC Support Team

Hi everyone, I'm on module 8 right now and am wondering whether I should stay there for awhile or not. I am doing exposure 5 days a week, but am not up to my goal yet in terms of the amount of time and am still having major bouts of anxiety for which I take Ativan some days during the exposure. So I am wondering if I should just stay in module 8 for awhile longer until I get to where I feel comfortable. I've noticed that each module brings in new things to learn, and I'm not sure I'm able to "add on" more to what I'm already practicing at this point. Thanks for your help,
