I heard a quote yesterday that I think will be really helpful for myself, and thought that I would share it here: 'We have 2 choices, sit back and get beaten or roll up our sleeves and fight' As soon as I heard it, my anxiety came to mind. I think that if I use this saying when my anxiety starts to get to me it might help. When it comes to my anxiety I have decided that I want to roll up my sleeves and fight like he!! to have my life back. Hope someone else finds this quote helpful :)
