Linda, Welcome to our support community! Please tell us a bit more about yourself. We encourage you to work through the program and learn about your panic attacks and what triggers them and how to cope with them. Brenna, Bilingual Support Specialist

Hello Linda and welcome :) I'm sorry you are feeling so low right now. You didn't mention if you have tried to get help with your problem but if you haven't, I encourage you to do so as soon as possible. There are plenty of options to help you get your life back. The first step is to get a thorough medical check-up to make sure your symptoms are not indicating anything other than Panic Disorder. Once that's done, you can begin a treatment plan and get yourself on the road to recovery. All the best, Shrug PS Don't worry about your computer skills...it's not important. What is important is reaching out for help. :)
