I'm sorry you are feeling so low right now. You didn't mention if you have tried to get help with your problem but if you haven't, I encourage you to do so as soon as possible. There are plenty of options to help you get your life back.
The first step is to get a thorough medical check-up to make sure your symptoms are not indicating anything other than Panic Disorder. Once that's done, you can begin a treatment plan and get yourself on the road to recovery.
