Fear of Failing in the Future

I was still setting very high goals for myself when the anxiety really started to climb. I had super aspirations and real life changing actions planned. When I couldn't follow through with them, I really began to lose ground. Anxiety became depression. These days I try to take on more reasonable challenges but still wish to improve back to a level of health where I can once again take on the massive challenges that I long to achieve.

Hiya! I have to admit that is a fear I do wrestle with. I find tho that doing some thought challenging really helps. If I let myself worry and imagine the worse I feel , well, Bad lol. I find challenging those thoughts makes a real difference in my day. But the fears you are talking about I totally get. Anyway, welcome to the forums and know that you are not alone in this :) -Diva

One of my main fears is that something will help in the future that I will not be able to handle and everyone will see me for the incompetent person that I am. Has anyone had this similar fear and how have you worked with this fear? Thanks! Kirsten
