Thanks for the replies. I'm very glad to hear that those tools will still be available. Yay!

Lstar, Yes, you can continue to use the session diary and symptom tracker! You can also go back and use this information to help you progress further :) Josie ______________________________ The Panic Center Support Team.

Well, in my experience the tracker, the daily one is still available to you after the 12th week. I am at session 9 but in week 14 i believe and i still have access to the session diary and the daily symptom tracker. Now the weekly symptom tracker has stopped at week 12. So there ends my weekly graphics. But the daily tracker helps a lot. Now i don't know how the website was designed so i don't know if the weekly tracker was supposed to keep going or not. But i can assure you you will still have access to the session diary and the daily symptom tracker :) Hope this helps! -Diva

Hello, I'm wondering what happens after week 12 is completed? Is it still possible to continue using the session diary and symptom tracker after the 12-week sessions are done? I'm on week 11 right now, and I'm finding the daily tracking to be helpful as I'm coming off my medication and want to keep using those tools to be on the look out for changes. Thanks!
