Yes thanks for the reminder, baby steps. And yes there are rough patches but there are ways through them and i now try to keep reminding myself of my successes and about how far i have come and be proud of myself for it. As for rough days it try to remind myself that everybody has them and you just have to breathe and get through them. All-in all i am feeling a bit better today. I appreciate the encouragement and the support it really helps out a lot. And sometimes being reminded of your successes big or small just makes a huge difference! -So thanks a lot :) -Diva

Hi Diva, Fantastic! We are all so happy for you too! I just read your other post - good for you for taking on this challenge and coming through! Even though there may be some rough patches with this disorder, continue to let your successes (big and small) guide you. Remember - baby steps are key! Ok, if any of you have read my post in the coping with setbacks thread you will know that i have been having a rough day and an even rougher evening last night. Today it just so happened i had my appointment with my therapist and it helped bu t i am still having a rough day. But i did do one thing i am really proud of today. I walked all the way home from my therapist's office. HAve to go up two hills to do it and walk pretty far away from any safe zone of mine, plus i didn't have my music to help me along (my batteries were dead....). But it was a sunny day and i decided i was walking home and i did. It ended up being a good walk. I walked a good half hour and even climbed those two darn hills lol. And made it home. So i am pretty happy with myself. So that is what i wanted to say. -Diva
