LilJamieson, Your significant other may also benefit from reading the information under the education section on the left side of the screen. Thanks for beating me to the question Diva :) You're very helpful! Danielle _____________________ The PC Support Team

Well i agree with you on that. The more informed your BF is the better his chance of understanding you. Also, have you thought of checking in your area for support groups? i know in my area for exemple there is not only support groups for people who have the anxiety problem but support groups for the people who live with them or for their families. Such a support group might help your BF if it exists in your area. Anyway, i am glad i could help you find the review material :) Hang in there it gets better. -Diva

Thank you very much Diva! I appreciate it. I thought maybe being able to review when Im feeling "beaten" would help. That and my BF and I are suffering alot from this ...and I thought maybe if he read it ....it could help a little more.

Click on the button that says go to session diary. Then scroll down to the bottom of that page there will be at the bottom a "box" made up of opther little "bozxes" written in it seesion 1, session 2 session 3... Those are all little links that enable you to download versions of the different lessons that you have already seen. You cab't use those links to skip a head but they are great for reviewing stuff :) I am not sure i explained this clearly or properly but i hope this helps! -Diva
