Hey Debbie Its been a long time. Angel is totally right, everyone is getting sick around this time. Im pretty sick right now actually :( You have nothing to worry about. I think she is right too about how the anxiety will never get as bad as when it was at its worst. Take Care Debbie its only a matter of time until you start feeling better again :) hang in there.

Debbi, Just as before, it's time to start challenging those anxious thoughts and reworking the tools of the program. Draw inspiration and motivation from your period of well being. You can do this! You will be in our thoughts. Keep strong and check back soon. Danielle _____________________ The PC Support Team

Debbi, i cant believe its you! I realy really really miss you! I have not heard from you in a long time, but I guess thats good news! Dont worry about what you are going through. I know its hard to say "dont worry" because thats all I do too. But honestly Debbi, YOU HAVE COME A LONG WAY and nothing is gonna bring you back to where you used to be. I remember once you told me that once you turn that corner, there is definatley no turning back....i promise its all uphill from here. And i truly believe that. You got better, and now you relapsed......I know its hard but you really gotta think about this: Maybe you just feel more anxious/depressed because you are not feeling well (due to your cold/cough). Its not that the panic/anxiety is coming all back to you, its just that you are worrrying too much (like me lol) so its causing you to feel anxious about your health. Trust me, i know exactly what you mean. You will get better very soon. Just stay warm, lay down, and relax. Drink some herbal tea and make sure you just sweat it out. Everyone is getting sick now, especially now cause the weather is changing so drastically. Its just your body responding to all this....so dont worry, there are so many others going through this too! Just be strong and think as positive as you can right now! God bless you. I will pray for you and your husband!! Bye for now! :)

Hello everyone, I have not posted in awhile, but I have replied and prayed for everyone on the site. I January of this year I seemed to go into "remission" and I felt better, still anxious and somewhat of a worrier but I was functioning, two months ago I suffered a "relapse" ITs been rough, I am not as severe as I was last year, but not too far off, I had not changed medication or anything. I believe what happened was in June I had a tiny cut on my hand that somehow when into a staph infection, then almost blood posioning, then a few weeks later I suddenly could not walk on my left leg for a few days, I started to think a blood clot, it turned out in was not, just a strained muscle apparently because it went away, the big one came in early August when I started to become short of breath, with chest and lung pain and coughing [I am still coughing to this day especially at night} I had a chest-x-ray I was convinced I had lung cancer, it was negative, I had bronctial puenomina, then after recovering from that 4 days later my husband brought home a terrible cold which we caught and lasted weeks and weeks, because of these four things the health-obession started leading to panic attacks leading to depression, I know what it is and I am trying to fight and control it, but I am having trouble remembering the skills, the hypcondria has come back with a vengence, even with the negative chest x-ray I am still coughing very bad and thinking "they missed something" its kind of scary how this can come back suddenly without warning. I was in a very very bad place last year and came out of it, I am hoping and praying to God I can again, I have a special-needs child who needs me and I so want to feel good again. I miss everyone, Vickers, Angel, Outlaw, Gina, Becky, Alicia and all the others, I have prayed for all of you. I was wondering if you would pray for me to recover again for my little boy, if you read my old posts I was about as bad as it gets and I do NOT want to get to that point again, the coughing is scaring me, I have cut so way down on my smoking with is probably causing anxiety too, nicotine withdrawal is very hard, but cold-turkey now with the anxiety back would probably be too brutal for me to handle. I hope to hear from everyone, how I hope everyone
