Exposure Therapy

Hi Mishele, Welcome to the Panic Center! Try making a complete list and rank them in order of size and importance. Your first goal should be small, realistic and attainable. Start small taking baby steps and work up to those bigger challenges and the overall bigger picture. Good luck, keep us posted. Hi I am Mishele and new to the panic center. I have just completed session one and not sure if i am ahead of myself but i have been asked by my medical professional and support worker to put together a list of goals i want to achieve in the way of exposure planning. There is so much i want to do as i have been confined to the home for 6 years and have dificulty staying on my own. Where do i start as i am finding this overwhelming. Any hints and tips would be most appreciated. Mishele
