Paula, It's great that you are taking a stand! It's a brave step and I commend you for it. You go girl!! I noticed there are similarities we share in some of the fears/worries/frustrations that you mentioned in a different post. I don't suffer from agoraphobia, but I DO suffer from GAD, and it brings alot of worries that never go away. Grrrr. I hope you don't mind, but I made you a buddy. (I just hope I have it set up right) Are you interested in Email?

Thank You so much Danielle for all of your support. This program is working well for me so far. Finally, Hi!! It's so nice to meet you. I added you to my buddies list. I hope that's okay. Let me know if it is, and if so, I'll turn my status to "on-line." I think it would be more helpful to you, if you would work through the whole program too. I thought about skipping ahead and I'm really glad I didn't. I printed all of Week One out and read it at my leisure. I NEVER realized how many panic attacks I have. I knew it was bad, but I never realized how bad. I have faith in you and I know you can do this!! It WILL help. It is helping me and I thought my life was over. E-mail me anytime!! I also could use/give support through daily e-mails if that's easier for you. My e-mail address is paulajamescountry@yahoo.com Have a wonderful day everyone!! Love, Hugs & Happiness, Paula

Hi everyone, I've been doing this program for close to two weeks. I actually went out of the house, and to two different appointments, two days in a row. That is the first time I have left two days in a row for over four years. I wasn't alone and I'm afraid I'm not at that stage yet. I did suffer a small panic attack while at one place, but quickly removed myself from the situation. I have to get better because this is no way to live my life. I see a psychiatrist on the 28th. and will hopefully get on some type of medication that will help. I have been in therapy for three weeks. I downloaded the CBT Buddies, but I don't have any buddies yet and I'm not sure how that works. If anyone out there would like to be my buddy, please let me know and I'll change my status to "on-line." I'm on the computer from about 9am to 2-3pm M-Sat. EST. I could use all the support I could get and I feel I am good at giving support. Please let me know. Thanks Paula
