Hi Judy. It sounds like jsut anxiety/panic symptoms to me. You did the right thing by going to the doctor and doing tests on ur heart. U said that "nothing seems to show up"........maybe thats because nothing is wrong with your heart!! Believe me, i have done this before too, and i'm still thinking negative about this too. But we gotta be a bit more realistic about this....we have to remind ourselves that we already have been to the doctor and did tests, nothing is wrong, thank God!!!! So we just gotta stick with that. Try challenging all these negative thoughts about your health. U already checked it out and you are perfectly healthy!!! Maybe its just the anxiety!!!

Judy, It is good to see you working with your doctor. They can help come up with a plan that is right for you. Have your tried keeping a journal? This can help pinpoint areas that you may need assistance with as well as help reflect something that is causing these symptoms. Take the time to look through our tools and begin to challenge your anxiety. You can also seek help from our support group. Many members have been through this and can be of great assistance to you. hi everyone. ive posted something about this before but i need some help. my so called panic has changed. ive been to the dr. but not a whole lot of success. i used to sweat, racing heart, and the usual symtoms of a panic attack. ive been diagnosed with panic disorder. lately its been different. out of nowhere my heart beat soars and it gets badly irregular. i take my clonazapam but it doesnt seem to help that much. i had it happen last night and lasted for 5 hours before it straighted out. these come on without any warning. i dont have any pain per say but i do get shortness of breath. im really worried about my heart. ive had tests done and nothing seems to show up. i have made another appointment with my dr. im in fear of it being something else being wrong. does anyone else here have these symtoms?also i can feel it in my cartoid arteries in my neck when this happens
