Start with lowest situation that deals with panic and work your way to the hardest. Don't move forward until you have conquered each one. It is okay to go over the same situation several times until your are comfortable.

HI everyone Im working on my goal setting and so far i have 4. I keep coming back adding more when i think of things. So,that part is going well my thing is this WHERE DO I START? How do i pick a goal to be the first i do expoure work with all my goals hold about the same amount of anxiety and panic. Except driving alone this i have not done in well over 3 years. thanks Gal
