Thank you so much Dave and Ashley it feels good just struggling with some emotions some days but most days feel great . As i replied in my other post I am going to try to get into a healthier lifestyle through diet and exercising lie juicing and smoothies etc... hoping to get into this kind of way think it will be so beneficial for my emotions and mental health i suppose,, and all around health.... i have heard of people who have changed their diet and their anxiety etc have lessened d so much.,
