My drinking is out of hand and it's time to change...
This isn't the first time that I attempt to cut down or stop drinking so I know that the road ahead will not be an easy one but I have to do this.
I've known for a long time that I drink too much but recently, after a break up, I realized how my drinking is affecting my life. I was in a long distance relationship that was rocky and although my drinking was a secret, it didn't help in some of the evening phone/Skype/text conflicts.
So I've decided that I have to take control of what I can control and decided that it's time to put the wine glass away when I woke up Saturday morning. I've got 24 hours under my belt and now I'm getting ready to face another day. Yesterday wasn't easy so I imagine that today will be similar.
Can anyone recommend reading material that might help? I really want to succeed and know that I can but I could use some help.
