Hi Warren! I know what you mean. Did you try the program on this site? CBT really helps you control those negative thougths and transform them into something more positive. I know it's helped me loads!

I have been doing all right lately. But some times it gets really hard. Do any of you guys think that having anxiety makes you look very negatively about things that are happening around you? I think it does a lot of the time. I know its possible to change thinking negatively but when you start thinking about that thing that gives you anxiety, its like you dont have any way to control or strength to think really possitevly about the things that are happening around you. I think this is such a horrible disorder and I dont think people that dont have it. Understand people that do have it at all, they dont understand the pain that goes along with it at all and that just adds to more frustration for us. I guess Im venting a little bit cause I have had a pretty bad day. Thanks for listening or I guess reading. Everyone try to take care and stay strong.
