Welcome  Chuck,

Start by working through the program. Also, use the search tool  to look for discussions that pertain to you in the forums. You may also want to start the blog here as a sort of  journal. Post often and stick with it!

How are you feeling today Chuck?

Nice pic :-) Welcome Chuck. Using the diary really helps. Helps you reflect over time as Dave mentioned.

Hi CCB,

Welcome! For myself, I found the single biggest benefit of the site has been the positive feedback and support of other members and using the diary to track the days and make notes. The notes in particular because I can refer back to them to remind myself of the early days and months. What has been the biggest reason for the change?

Best regards,

Dave

This is my first day of sobriety.  I plan to take advantage of this website.  I would appreciate advice on how to benefit most from the site.  Thanks!
