Thank you David. My goal is to abstain from alcohol this week but I will start with today. I have posted zeros in my diary in anticipation of that being true. I feel strong and able to do this and all of your support is so wonderful. Have a good Monday.

Good morning AHC.
My goal is to abstain from alcohol again today.

I extend my hand out to other members, in the hopes that they will grab hold of it, and that as one we can pull together, becoming stronger, helping each other to fulfill our hopes and desires to recover from our alcohol abuse.

Be well,
David.

God,
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I can not change,
Courage to change the things I can,
And wisdom to know the difference.
