Congrats on your Day 4 marylizy. ~m is correct. You're not the only one who slid over the holidays. I am back to Day 2 and I am sooo ready to get back on track myself. Back on track for me is to remain sober, get back to my normal workout and diet routine, and to get back to the mental and physical levels I was at just a couple months ago. I'm already feeling better just having regained my grip and refocused my efforts. Getting my head in the right place is half the battle for me.
