How do you get back on top?

Hi, I'm sorry to hear you're having a rough time. I wonder if the key to some of the problem may be due to lack of sleep ? You mention that you're tired and I always find if I'm tired I too feel so much worse. The meds do take some time to really work, so don't give up just yet, before speaking to your doctor again. Hang in there, you will have good times, although thats probably hard for you to believe right now, you will honestly. Be kind to yourself, relax when you can, and try to take some time out just for you. Good luck, I hope you're feeling better soon

I have had a really bad past couple of days and i cant seem to bring myself out of it i have had 5 major panics in 2 days and im so tired and depressed that i feel like im back to square one and will never be 'normal' again.I have been taking zoloft for ten weeks now and the first eight was at 50mg the past two weeks have been 100mg but i dont feel any different other than i cant get very emotional i get upset and i cant cry i suppose i am just numb so does that mean i should reduce the dose back to 50mg i just feel emotionally numb has anyone else had the same experience with their meds???
