I feel they same way Ray.

I have certainly hard that drinking excess alcohol speeds the aging process.  That is actually one of my big fears and what motivated me to seek help.

Surrounding yourself with good positive people I think is soooo important also and often can be overlooked.  PPositive people in your like can really bring you up, help you change behaviours and so forth :)

I am still quite young but I think personally I want to be educated and know how to prevent bad aging. I want to eat well, exercise and take care of myself (not drink). I want to surround myself with good people and positive energy. I want to work hard in my job and be proud of my work.

I think it's never to late to be proactive about your health.

What does everyone else think?

Members,

September is Healthy Aging Month! Healthy Aging Month began as a way for people to focus their attention on Healthy Aging. Let’s shatter the stereotypes that getting older is a bad thing and remember all the positives aging brings. Also, it is never too late to take control of your health and begin living a healthier lifestyle. Physical, mental, social and spiritual health are all important to lead a balanced life.

Members, what do you value about getting older?

What are your tips and ideas that can help with healthy aging?
