Hi Alison, It's Pamelor that I'm on at the moment.

Hi Alison, I have a hard time getting on and off meds. I find I get increased anxiety, panic and dizziness when I'm going on and off them. I'm currently slowly coming off them as I'm getting more side effects with them. They worked well for awhile but now that I'm in a less stressful environment I'm going to try and go natural instead but I am experiencing and increase in symtoms as I come off them!

Still having a hard time deciding what to do in regards to meds. I have come across a few people that had worse panic after taking then quitting a med. My fear is that I'll take something, quit because of bad side effects then be worse off. Has anyone had an experience with not only bad side effects but more severe anxiety after quitting a medication?
