Just in case this might help too, I'll share one little thing that really helps me lately during panic attacks: it's to breathe in through my nose and out through my mouth -- just thought I'd share because I didn't know or believe it would make such a difference until I tried it during a bad panic attack and I found that breathing in through my nose makes me breathe slower, therefore I'm not as likely to keep hyperventalating, and then I feel like "see, it's going to be okay, I'm not losing control"!
