Thanks everyone for your replies. Yes - I've been searching for that post and I do think it's been deleted. I didn't get any notification, but I suspect it was deleted because we discussed the sharing of personal info re: your psychologist's name, or our email addresses? I haven't read all the info that just came out on the new site which will be up on Monday, but maybe we will be able to exchange that info thru the instant messaging function?
I really found the Seriane useful when I was feeling the physical symptoms of anxiety - I don't think it would stop a full blown panic attack, but I took them when I felt the precursors to panic - the tightness in the chest, the difficulty breathing, the starting-to-race thoughts, and they really calmed me down. I've never been one for alternative medicine, so I don't think they worked just because I thought they would (if anything I'm the world's biggest skeptic), but they workded quite well for me. And they indicate zero side effects and zero dependencies - they are just made from milk proteins.
The Bvitamins help too, but I don't take them everyday - 3 times a week usually, to help keep stress at bay. I don't think of them as cures, but as weapons in my arsenal - along with determination, CBT and exposure planning, improving my physical health, etc.
