Moderate Drinking vs. Abstinence

14 years ago 0 1562 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
For a real alcoholic, the only solution is total abstinence. And thats where, an alcoholics problem lies (cos he can't imagine a life without booze) and even if he indeed decides to put down the drink, his mind starts playing tricks on him/her and he ends up picking up the drink again. That is the vicious cycle. The only hope a "Psychic Change" as the Doctors Opinion talks about in the book called AA.

Members,

Is it better to moderately drink or abstain from alcohol altogether? This has been a long debated topic and we'd like to hear how you feel about it.

Many adults are able to drink alcohol and not face the negatives of drinking.

So how much is too much? There is no right answer so don't hesitate to share your thoughts.
