Hi Everyone!
Well, I have been with the Panic Center for 1 week now, and yesterday was my first Therapy session with a Therapist. I'm not all that thrilled with the experience so far. The time I was there (one hr.) I felt like he wanted to tell me how he coped with attacks and how he treats his clients, yet I felt like I couldn't tell him how I coped. I did tell him, but he acted like, "well, I see, but here is how I do things, this is how I treat ppl, etc". It wasn't comfortable. He hardly asked me anything about my life, which I had expected to happen right of the bat, so to speak. I have an appt. for next week, but I feel after this next session, if it hasn't changed, then what am I going there for and spending all this money on? Does anyone else feel this way, if they see any one for there phobia's/attacks? If so, I would REALLY like to know how you feel and maybe what you have done, I would REALLY appreciate it!
