Hello all,

"Comparison is the thief of joy." Many people know this, yet still compare their lives to others. With the increase in social media use, it can be almost impossible to avoid comparing your life to the picture perfect, edited life your friends may display.

This new study concludes their is a link between social media use and an increase in depression and loneliness. A decrease in social media use actually decreases depression and loneliness.
