I know some people who have quit utilizing e-cigs as a NRT and have successfully quit smoking cigarettes. I also know some who have quit the cigs, but can't give up the e-cigs. I think that if e-cigs were around when I was trying to quit, I may still be hooked on nicotine. I'm happy I got a script for Chantix and was able to stop smoking with the help of everyone here.

I know a guy who smoked for many years and he has vaped for about 2 months now and not had a cigarette since he says he feels a lot better, he uses 6mg nicotine vape juice. So yeah it can be used as a NRT.
