Its such a good feeling when yr not controlled by something external. It's so empowering isn't it. You sound like yr in a really good place about it....confident but not complacent and that's the way to manage it. Keep up the great work John and thanks for yr support. How do something to celebrate....my thing to reward myself is paying for a back massage....soooo good !!

Today I have not smoked for 60 days so I'm happy with that, feeling good and a lot healthier, the money not spent on tobacco is a bonus but to me the important thing is I'm living my life without feeding an addiction. Today the addiction is not on my mind but I an aware of it and avoid situations related to smoking and this I don't find hard to do. I am enjoying my quit journey and enjoying how I feel today ?
