Hi Sparrow,

How are you doing today? Haven't heard from you in a while, and I was hoping you are still on your quit journey. Don't give up and give in to that Nico-Demon. Take care!

Hi Sparrow,

It's good to hear that the cravings are subsiding. If NOT counting the days help, so be it. Just want to say congratulations on going over a week without smoking! 😁 You WANT to work on that bucket list..... more power to you girl! Take care and watch out for all those triggers.

Hi John and Tim

This forum is so quiet these days. I'd say ppl are having a harder time finding it than before. I just checked my Meter and lm on day 8....l haven't been counting. It's easier not to this time. Well week one has gone by quickly and uneventfully. My cravings have been minimal thankfully. Ive reduced the junk food a bit and am depending on my nic spray for comfort. I wish l was celebrating 7months instead of starting all over again. Ah well it will teach me for next time...l DO NOT want to go through this again. Yes Tim Springs just around the corner here....totally can't wait for better weather! So l can get out and do more. I have a bucket list that l want to start ticking off.

John your kitty cat is so darn cute! They're characters aren't they and so much part of the family. I love them to bits! They brighten my day. People without pets really miss out.

Hi Sparrow,

Try not to over indulge in the junk food if you can. The weight goes on real easy, but as you know, it takes a lot more effort to remove it. Still, it's better than smoking. It's good to hear that your urges are less than a few days ago. Spring is just around the corner, maybe this time will be the one for you. (Finger, toes and legs crossed) 😋 How are things going for you now. Is the medicine working for you? Keep striving for the day when you will never again think about having a cigarette. It will happen if you can just break free from this darned addiction. Remember how good you felt at your triple digit day???? That's something to look forward to again. Just keep taking it one day, one hour, one minute at a time and you WILL get there again.😺

Its slow but lm on the right track. I did what suggested and have given myself over to junk food, already putting on weight. Oh well it's only temporary. I'm just using the spray for this quit. I feel stronger than l did day one.

Thanks for yr support everyone!
