Welcome Souljaboy!

Get started on the program and keep posting. The program will give you a lot of the information you need and the members will give you the inspiration.  When do you want to get started?

Hi HotSiO!  Yes, that would be very inconvenient! So glad you made the choice you did. The SSC wouldn't be the same without you that's for sure!

Exercising and smoking do not go together. I also just can't afford to smoke.

I found it hard to not smoke after eating out at a restaurant. I also found it ridiculous that some parks and beaches have become smoke free. Really? No smoking  out side where the pollution in most states is much worse than smoking.

Hi Ashley, Timely topic. I was brought to the emergency room yesterday(nothing serious it turns out, Thank You.) We were there for over 8 hours and while my wife and 2 friends had to leave, as needed , for their regular nicotine feedings I was as comfortable as could be. I remember being in the hospital in the past and what torture it was not being able to go outside to smoke. Those days are over now! I'm gonna be HEALTHY when I die !

Members,

As a smoker, you've found it's becoming more difficult to find places where you are comfortable smoking. You're probably very familiar with these facts:
  • You can no longer smoke in buildings and offices.
  • Most public places are smoke-free.
  • Non-smokers' homes are smoke-free.
What else made smoking inconvenient for you?

If you are a quitter what inconveniences are you glad you no longer have to deal with?
