WHOO HOO!!!! 21 days smoke free today. Thank you all for your support over the last 21 days. It is quite an accomplishment for me to have gone this long without smoking. I still have to remind myself at times that this is real.
In 21 days I can breathe a bit easier, starting to smell things again, starting to taste foods again, and there are many times now during the day when I don't even think about smoking. Slow but sure I am breaking the chains of the nicotine addition. One minute, one hour, one day at a time.
