Hello everyone!
I have been smoke free for 8 months as of today but I still rely on a support structure of fellow non smokers. I am very pleased to have found this site since the one I was using changed their site and I no longer find it helpful.
I do hope it's  okay to join now, I'm  looking forward  to meeting you all.

Hi Jey,

Glad to hear you are coping so well.

Smoking dreams are very common. Many members have talked about them in the forums. They can seem very real. They can happen at any time during the quit process and even years after a successful quit. Try to look at them as little reminders to keep your guard up.

Keep us updated on how you are doing.

Thanks Ashley. It felt awesome and I still can't believe that I already stopped smoking. The triggers are bearable now but I am still having dreams of smoking. There was one time the dream was so real that I really thought I was holding a cigarette when I woke up, to my relief it was just a pen. I thought that maybe it's still part of the healing process, dreaming of smoking.

Thanks. If a chain smoker for 18 years like me can do it then I know you all can do it too. I found out that you need to do the pledge for the meter to work.

Hi just signed up and I am glad I found this site. I quit cold turkey last May 2, 2017 and going strong. I've been a smoker for 18 years straight before deciding to quit this year. I want to know how to set the quit date for this site so that the quit meter is accurate, I noticed that there is no option to do it. Thanks guys
