Yesterday was my four year anniversary for being a quitter. I forgot all about it until today. Sure is nice being a non-smoker!!! New quitters, you CAN do this IF you are determined. You have to give it 110% at least, and it's okay if you stumble so long as you pick yourself up and get right back on your quit journey. Stay strong and remember: Not One Puff Ever! .
