Welcome ruinez,

Congrats on making the choice to face this addiction. I love that you are listening to what your body is telling you. Very smart!

Have you picked a quit date or are you already quit? How are you planning to manage the cravings?

Hello all, i just want to thank the owner of this site and the ppl who use this site. I read a lot of ur stuff people and what you go trough and how u manage to stay cigarette free.
I want to quit smoking RIGHT NOW even tought it will be my 20th+ quitting attempt.. I managed to stay smoke free for 1-2 weeks before but boredoom/stress/stupid things gets me everytime and i start to smoke again..
I started to smoke when i was 13 and i didnt smoke quite much until i was 17-18 when i had more freedom. Im 27 now that means i smoke regulary for 10 years, and in the past 4 years i noticed that when i smoke i really get tired and lethargic.. I get so lethargic and weak for the next 5-10 minutes after my first 5 cigarettes of the day that if someone would try to rob me i would do nothing coz i dont have energy and im like half asleep (stoned).
It seems i became very sensitive to cigarettes especially in the morning because i get a quick stomach pain and wattery stool instantly when i smoke or just smell tobbacco in the mogning + lethargy and heavy eyes for the next 5-10 minutes... So i decided this time i quit seriously coz my body is alarming me that this is not good... I only wonder how my body didnt act like this in the first 6 years of smoking...
