Welcome to the group!

I think many members can relate to the love/hate relationship with smoking. Congrats on how well you are doing. The longer you stay smoke free the easier it will become. How are you rewarding yourself for your successes?

Hello. I'm 35, smoked for 20 years but the last 5 have been on and off (between pregnancies and attempts). Anyone else absolutely love and hate cigarettes? Like, it's the biggest dichotomy of my life. The hate is stronger now, and my two boys give me the will to quit. I've passed many trigger situations, and I'm off the patch. I do well most days but goddamn the urge hits me so hard some days! But I've never been so successful and gone so long without. To everyone else, good luck and stay strong!! We got this!
