Welcome!

Congrats on getting started. It has been quite a few days since you last posted. How are you doing today?

4 days.............., not much time to a normal person. But to go without a cigarette for 4 days is amazing. I have smoked off and on since I was 16. I never smoked more than a half a pack a day, but I can feel my health declining for sure. After having to schedule a trip to the heart specialist, I realized smoking was nothing cute, no longer cool. I pray that quitting will improve my health, but I am worried that I'm too late. Whether I die or not, I will live the rest of my life smoke and guilt free.
