Riverdale Man, I'm still in awe of your attitude. It is absolutely fantastic. Sorry to hear you're having a rough day, but they happen and they pass. You're doing the right thing coming here and posting. I've found posting itself to be quite theraputic, even if it only makes sense to me.
Your dentist will probably be quite happy and impressed that you've quit smoking. They see all the problems smoking causes in your mouth (stains, receding gums, oral cancer, etc).
