Celebrating!

Congratulations Lilly! How awesome to drop in here on this BRILLIANT Spring day and see you celebrating.
Ten YEARS it seems like only a moment in time.

Ashley the best thing about having quit is the freedom I have from the constant craving, distraction and need to escape into the puff of smoke.
The next best thing is that I can feel more reassured for my own health and well being. I am far better at taking care of my health, physically, emotionally and spiritually. I have a way better outlook on life.

10 years for me too, Riverdaleman......such a long time, a world away and I endured the process of quitting with much more enjoyment than I ever thought possible due to the support from this site and especially from your empathic words. Best regards, Lilly.

Congratulations! Thank you for inspiring us during your journey.

What's the best part of being smoke free for 10 years?
