Thanks for stopping by to inspire us.

I love how you mentioned smoke free is a new experience - what a novel and interesting way to put it. Who doesn't want new, more healthy experiences in life? Keep enjoying your freedom!

    Cigarettes Not Smoked

With the passing of my ten year smoke free anniversary, guess what, I also find myself 10 years older. Sad but true. Time keeps marching on and I am pleased I don't march cigarette in hand anymore. It is a relief finding permanence from the ball and chain, the baggage, the cross we smokers bear while hooked. To experience contentment thou need only consider the moment we find ourselves in, baby step your quit into long and longer strides. Smoke free is a new experience; a new and better way to live life. Free from nicodemon the baggage, ball and chain. Stay alive, stay well, stay quit. Stickin To It
