Good evening, John

Yes I'm still going strong on my quit working toward my two month milestone in 12 days. The cravings are getting less and less frequent and severe by the day,but I had my first smoking dream a couple of days ago it must be my brains way of trying to trick me but it did not work.

Thank you, for your support

Hi Tim
Thank you for your congratulations and support. The laptop was a splurge so the next two - three months will be small rewards, three months of not smoking will pay for the laptop I'm really enjoying it and every time I want a cig. I look at it and say N.O.P.E. Working towards my next milestone of six months.

One smoke free day at a time.

Hi Gary
Sorry I missed your one month anniversary. Happy belated congratulations!!   That's an awesome reward too. Just remember that for your next milestone, your reward does not have to be expensive, or even cost anything at all. Anything that makes you feel good is a nice reward.
Once again, congratulations and keep up the good work. Life sure is better when it's smoke free.

Hi Gary congratulations. One month is a great achievement. Just remember you have made it. There is no reason to ever start smoking again. When you get the odd craving just take in a few deep breaths and rejoice that u r a non smoker. You will not want to smoke after that. Congratulations again John

Wow I'm glad the first month is over.It was rough the first few weeks The cravings still come and go but seem to be less frequent and more manageable and my temperament is more even now. Thank you to every one here for your support and encouragement.I would not have made it without the help from this site. My reward for completing my first month is a new laptop, I'm using it for this post. Thank you, Office boy Gary
