It's hard to believe it's been 10 years since I started this Journey! I had a false start, but fully committed to never smoking again and here I am! I'm not sure I could have made it without the support I had here and at home. Thank you SSC and all my quit buddies and mentors! If you are just starting this journey, please know it is possible. The trick is just to never light the next one. Simple as that. (Not easy, just simple.) Find the things that work for you.... I used this site and the lozenges and a whole lot of grit and determination. Start reading everything you can on here... from the expert advice and plans, to the posts and stories from fellow quitters (now and in the past). Blessings to you all! ~lbugg
