Thank you Tim and thank you Ashley, In answering Ashley question, "How does it feel to be a year away from a decade on not smoking..." I hadn't thought about it at all. Perhaps I should but it is not a big deal to me anymore. I'm just one of the millions of people who finally gave it up. The timing was right for me to decide enough was enough. After 40 years you would have thought I would have gotten it right before this. No not me. So what is a cigarette anyway; one less addition to conquer and a bad one at that. Best wishes and successes to all of you. It can be done with some sticken to it.

Thanks for stopping by.

Congrats on nine years! That is amazing. How does it feel to be a year away from a decade smoke free?

Hi Sticking To It,
Nine years....AWESOME!  I can't wait until I can brag about being smoke free that long.

Keeping busy enjoying your smoke free life is always good too. It's nice not planning your every move around a cigarette isn't it? Keep the quit going, and keep enjoying  life.

Oh. by the way, the SeaHawks are going to take it this year again!

I have been very busy for some time now, and I wish I had the time to post to stay in touch. I see many, many have held their quit. It does not take a life time to quit, merely a year or less. I see new people here and where is Sparky; is she around? Waiting for delivery of the following Sunday's Super Bowl champs.
