Hey Jack0908,
200 days and counting....AWESOME quit!  Keep racking up the days and before you know it, it will be a year. Time sure does fly when you're enjoying life, smoke free of course.
Stay strong buddy.

Congratulations Jack.  100 days is a huge achievement.  I knew at that point that I was not going back.  We use to say welcome to the beach because at this point you are no longer a salve to nicotine and you have landed on shore to do whatever you want to.  I hope you reward yourself for what you have accomplished.   Keep it going those days keep adding up...
Cheers,
Ron

100 days ago I quit smoking. I thought it would be difficult. I was right. I thought it could not get more than a few days. I was wrong. I thought it would take time to get rid of cravings. I was right. I thought I would not have my life anymore. I was wrong. I thought I could be proud of myself if I could achieve three months. I was right. And I could continue playing with this game "I was right I was wrong" for a long time. The ambivalence is part of our minds. I just want to share my conquest with my buddy quitters and say thanks for all support from you and SSC. And finally I want to say to those who are starting or considering starting today: We see here in 99 days!
