I have a technical question and I'm not sure where to put it or ask so am tacking it on here.
I've filled out and included email twice for technical support in the Help Area. I can't change and save anything in my Public Profile. I can make the changes, but when I save them, it doesn't update. Also, I've noticed my Public Profile has the "show my meter" to "No" and yet it shows in my posts. I'm confused. But also not sure if my technical support messages are going through since I haven't heard back and have asked for email back. After I submit, a webpage says it's successful. If someone from the Health Educator side has any ideas, that would be great!
We will be doing some infrastructure upgrades on our server this weekend. The site may be down Saturday night after 9pm and Sunday morning until about noon. Hang tight everyone!
