Haha - definitely the "search" function and make sure you change the option to look through "2 Years" of posts instead of the default "2 Days". You will get far more results and help! ;-)

Sometimes it's best to jump right in - I think your previous attempts might be the preparation or plan you needed. Everyone's going to be individual with this I think...and whatever works! HUH about the profile picture...mine will not save, exact same way you described. Ah well. I like butterflies lol ;)

" - I used Chrome, went into profile settings, then avatar near the bottom. I then clicked option 2 and selected my picture from my computer :)

The odd thing is, I didn't prepare at all! I just thought that planning will never work for me as I'll never want to let go. So, I was harsh on myself and after looking at a smoking horror story on the web, I decided that now is best. :)

Have you prepared at all for this your eighth quit? Do take a look at the programme here, do it and read as much as you can on the Forums. You will find so much to learn.

It is indeed a battle against Nicotine.....I called 'him' the Nicodemon many moons ago now. I no longer have to fight battles, but I come here to see if I can help anyone else to reach the goal of FREEDOM.

I'm glad you are taking one day at a time, as it's the best way. Do whatever...whatever it takes....to fight each crave, and -
