 It's tough quitting, but if you have the will power it can be done. If you really really want to, you can make this happen. I wish you the best on your quit. There is no luck in quitting, it's all in determination. Hang in there, it's hard at the beginning, but it will get easier with time. Never let your guard down either.

Hi there.
I'm 48 years young and have been smoking over 30 years. I plan to stop smoking tomorrow and just wanted to to say hi to all the others that are fighting the good fight, so to speak. I have tried to kick my addiction a few times now and am hoping that this will be the quit that sticks and I'm also hoping to become a regular user of this forum, and to be able to give support to others along their journey too.
