I'm not sure about what happens to my lungs, but I know my mind becomes obsess with having another.

Pretty disgusting to  think about. It makes me feel sad for all those people who continue to smoke and have to cope with all those chemicals in their  system.

I quit smoking about a year.
I smoked a just few cigarettes a day. I became allergic to tobacco smoke. I still have problems with the respiratory system.
 
Glad this isn't going into my system anymore. They should show things like this in school to middle school students. May have made me think
twice back in the day.
