Hello Lexie,

Welcome to the SSC....the very best place to learn about and get help with quitting smoking!

The build up to your quit date is often very stressful.  It's mostly fear of the unknown.  While quitting is not easy, many people find it a relief to get to their quit date, then they know what to expect.  This site has so much information......do start with the programme, and read and post often.

I will not wish you luck, as luck has little to do with it.  You make your own quit with sheer deteremination to beat the Nicodemon, or your own addiction. Prepare coping strategies for when a crave strikes, take one day at a time,  and get ready for a fight which you will win!

Whatever it takes, just don't smoke!!!
