Hi Hamlet and VIV. How quickly time flies. You are both well into long term quits. Can't wait to see you each celebrate the one year mark.

Yes, it really can be done, huh?

Hi everyone, happy new year. I am just 20 days off my first year! Just reminding myself of the anxiety I was feeling twelve months ago wondering if I could do it. Yes it's been a hard road to travel but I'm now reaping the rewards. Biggest problem I have is trying to come up with a suitable reward to mark my first year! For any newbies , yes you can! I was twenty a day for fifty years, anything is possible. So this is your time just don't smoke. N.O.P.E. Viv Xx
