Keep that positive atttitude going. Are you familiar with box breathing? If so, practice it through out the day and before help. It might help with the jitters and help you sleep.
Well....it's different thats for sure. Just feel out of sync and I'm already jittery but I realize these are all withdrawal symptoms. Not looking forward to the sleep problems but its better than lighting up. I am keeping myself busy so I hope that after my family and this great day comes to an end, I hope to be pretty tired. That Nico-Demon is just holding back but I am ready to KICK ASH
